Following the sad fires of summer 2021 in the Var which burned many of our trees, I can no longer produce my usual Chestnut honey in the Massif des Maures,
 
I therefore transhumed my hives to Isère where, despite the heatwave, I was able to produce a very small quantity of honey for the greatest pleasure of lovers of this very special honey,
 
This monofloral honey is intense and very spicy, a pure chestnut honey known for its bitterness at the end of the note
